As a result, we have priced our products with school budgets in mind. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we will strive to provide you with excellent service.

Shipping & Handling All shipping charges and risk of loss are F.O.B. Seller’s plant and are the responsibility of the purchaser. All related shipping and handling charges will be added to the customer invoice. Express delivery service (Next Day FedEx and 2nd Day FedEx) is available. Please call for a quote.
PRICING POLICY
Every effort will be made to maintain the pricing noted in the catalog for the duration of the catalog. Price changes will be made only in the case of severe increases from our suppliers or events out of our control. As a result, prices are subject to change without notice.
PAYMENT PROCESSING POLICY
Online payments are accepted using Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Established business customers with preapproved credit can pay by puchase order. Any questions regarding an order or if a refund is needed please call the store. Refunds issued on like new and in the box products.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Mio-Guard may provide refunds on returnable products that are still in the original packaging and in new/resaleable condition. Refunds can not be provided on consumables such as medicines or food and drink. For refunds, please call our office M-F between 9am and 4:30PM Eastern US time. DELIVERY / SHIPPING POLICY
Mio-Guard ships by Fedex, UPS or USPS. Ground shipments and expedited options, including 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, and Saturday delivery (if available) can be chosen at check-out. In-stock orders will ship within 1-2 business days. Signatures are required upon delivery. Mio-Guard will ship to only within the Continental United States.
MISSING GOODS POLICY
Mio-Guard ships via UPS, FedEx or USPS. It is very important that the shipping addresses you provide be accurate and monitored for your deliveries. Once our carriers have delivered to an address that you have specified, and have tracking and signiatures from your institution, the responsiblity of handling the product lays with you. Mio-Guard can not be held responsible for replacing products that we're misplaced or mishandled at your institution.
HIDDEN DAMAGES
Mio-Guard requires that you inspect your packages and report any hidden damages within 48 hours of delivery.
RETURN POLICY
All returned products must be un-opened and in resalable condition. 100% product credit will be given from 0-30 days from invoice. Any returns between 31-60 days from invoice date will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. No returns will be accepted 60 or more days from invoice date. No refunds will be given for shipping costs unless the reason for return is an error on the part of Mio-Guard or due to a defective product. Original shipping charges will not be refunded and shipping charges back to Mio-Guard will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of an error on the part of Mio-Guard or due to a defective product. A credit will be issued to the account or credit card only after Mio-Guard receives the product back and inspects it. All returns must have a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number which can be obtained by calling during normal business hours. Due to health reasons Mio-Guard cannot accept returns of hygiene or eating and drinking products. Mio-Guard cannot accept returns of computer software, videos or books that have been opened or removed from original packaging. Mio-Guard cannot accept returns of special order items or discontinued items. Shortages or errors in shipments must be reported within 7 days of invoice date to issue credit (if applicable). Opened and used equipment may not be returned for credit.

We collect information from you only when you register on the site, place an order, sign up for our newsletter, fill out a form, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in other site features.
